Making Care More Accessible

Getting kids to appointments isn’t always easy between school, activities, and family schedules. That’s why I’m excited to bring chiropractic care directly into the school setting. By offering care in schools, children can receive supportive care without parents having to arrange extra time or travel.

All care is donation-driven through The Wellnest Foundation, a registered nonprofit and 501c3 organization. If a family cannot donate they are still welcome to participate.

About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Candice, owner and provider at Wellnest Holistic Health in West Nashville and the founder of The Wellnest Foundation. I’ve been serving families in the Nashville community since 2018, providing nervous system-centered chiropractic care and functional medicine services.

As a mom, I know how much parents juggle and how meaningful it is when health support is convenient, trusted, and aligned with your child’s needs.

My approach is gentle and collaborative. I focus on helping the body feel safe and regulated so it can naturally perform its higher functions. Each adjustment is tailored to give the body the support it needs in a way that feels comfortable for kids and parents. Along with gentle bodywork, I may guide kids through simple brain-based movements or activities to help integrate changes in their nervous system and support coordination, focus, and body awareness.

What Pediatric Chiropractic Care Can Support

Chiropractic care for children is gentle and non-invasive. I utilize a variety of techniques beyond standard chiropractic adjustments, including craniosacral therapy (CST), craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT), abdominal visceral therapy, TMJ therapy and more brain based neurological therapies like primitive reflex integration. By improving alignment and reducing stress in the body, kids often experience better regulation and resilience. Families often seek care for:

  • To support overall health and vitality

  • Frequent illness, congestion, and ear infections

  • Sensory challenges or difficulty self-regulating

  • Digestive issues such as constipation or tummy aches

  • Bedwetting or sleep disturbances

  • Support for balanced posture and coordination

  • Trouble with concentration, focus, and mood

  • Myofunctional concerns and airway support

  • General support for nervous system regulation and stress resilience

Every child is different, and care is personalized to support each child’s unique needs.
